After practicing law for two decades, he transitioned into real estate, leveraging his extensive legal and financial acumen to guide high-net-worth clients through complex transactions. Drawn to the beauty and vibrancy of the Emerald Coast, Gabriel now applies his wealth of experience to help clients secure second or third homes, vacation rentals, investment properties, commercial real estate, multi-housing developments, and premier land acquisitions.

His background includes working extensively with REITs, private equity firms, and large-scale developments, giving him a unique advantage when advising buyers, sellers, and investors. Whether structuring intricate commercial transactions or identifying high-yield investment opportunities, Gabriel's deep understanding of the market ensures his clients are positioned for success.
