Information for Buyers

Once you have signed an Exclusive Buyer's Brokerage Agreement, I am legally allowed to show you properties either in person or virtually.  

Transparency in commissions and fees are the main reasons behind the recent changes.  Buyer's will have clarity on exactly what commission and fees will be charged.  

Historically, yes and savvy Sellers and their brokers will continue to offer Buyer's Broker's commission so that Buyer's do not have to pay at closing.
